Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To request a return, please contact us via email at popmartshopping01@gmail.com or through our WhatsApp customer service hotline at +1 (213) 669-8196 within 24 hours from the date of receipt. Please notify us of your request to exchange the item. Our company will review the validity of your return/exchange request and reserves the right to decline any return requests at our discretion.
Once the exchange request is approved, the buyer may contact customer service to arrange shipment of the item to the designated location. If the buyer chooses to return or exchange the item via mail, all shipping costs, including the return and reshipping fees, shall be borne by the buyer. (The risk of mailing the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that the package is properly secured to prevent any damage to the item during transit.)

Return Method
We recommend using an insured shipping method with signature confirmation when returning the jewelry. Please send an email to popmartshopping01@gmail.com to request a refund and include your order number in the email.
Returning or Exchanging Damaged or Defective Items:
You must provide clear images showing the damage or defect and describe the issue with the item. If you are unable to send pictures, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please Note:
For returns of bundles, sets, or starter kits, the entire set must be returned as a whole to ensure a hassle-free return process.
Please be aware that taxes, duties, and shipping fees for all countries are non-refundable.
Return and Exchange Policy for Other Countries
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and choose “Exchange” or “Return” as the subject.
We will send you the return address along with return instructions, and your order number should be clearly written on the label or the outside of the box.
Once the exchange request is approved, the buyer can contact customer service to ship the item to the designated location. If the buyer chooses to return or exchange the item via mail, all return and reshipping fees will be borne by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for overseas shipping fees, as well as any charges related to delivery, VAT, or other import surcharges. International taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning the bracelet, and we will assist you in trying to avoid these fees.
Once we provide you with the return address, please return the item within seven (7) business days.
Return Processing and Return Eligibility
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Once we receive confirmation from our warehouse, we will contact you by email to confirm that your return has been received and the process is complete. For returns and exchanges submitted through our warehouse and self-service return portal, you will receive automatic email updates at every step of the process.
Note: To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If you return a damaged or defective item, only a partial refund will be issued. Please note that ECHO CRYSTAL gift cards are non-refundable.
Also, international taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund has been approved but you have not received it within 15 business days, please contact us at popmartshopping01@gmail.com.
